A Message Of Appreciation From The President, Dr Okon Edeke
Dear Oro brothers and sisters,
Today’s picnic at the Brighton Beach was an amazing experience in reuniting our families and friends. Our attendance was beyond expectation. I wish to thank the members of the picnic committee and all of our members who supported them for a thorough and very dedicated job. Though unsung people never get mentioned, their sacrifices will not be forgotten. Kate’s final push to prepare the grounds and provide entertainments for both the adults and children receives our commendation. We appreciate our guests who joined us and their gifts of different meals and drinks. God bless them. I am particularly thankful to Omola who travelled all far from Birmingham to be with us today. I thank God for safe and secure journeys to Brighton and back to our different homes.
